**Location:** Central \& South New Jersey **Organization:** Ask Health **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, W\-2 **Specialty:** Neurology **Position Overview** Ask Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Neurology team and provide specialty neurological care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) throughout Central and South New Jersey. This is a full\-time Neurology APP position focused on evaluating, managing, and following patients with a wide range of neurological conditions within the skilled nursing and long\-term care setting. The NP/PA will work as an extension of our Neurology physicians and clinical team, providing high\-quality specialty care to a medically complex patient population. You will collaborate closely with our neurologists, fellow Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, facility nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals to help ensure coordinated and comprehensive neurological care.
