This role will lead marketing strategy for Lip \& Collections categories in the US market, driving brand desirability, client engagement, and long\-term growth. You will be responsible for supporting in defining product positioning, leading go\-to\-market strategies, and orchestrating 360\-degree campaigns across channels.
