**Home Health PT – $75–$85 per visit – Las Cruces, NM (Lead Clinician)** Transmountain Therapy is a locally owned home health therapy contract group serving El Paso, TX and Southern New Mexico. We've been running for 3\+ years, with 30\+ therapists in our network. We're hiring a lead Physical Therapist for our growing home health operations in Las Cruces, Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Anthony, Vado and Chaparral. This is our top\-priority role, and the rate includes an urgency premium. **Pay** * $75–$85 per visit * At 10–20 visits a week, that's about $750–$1,700 a week before taxes * Fast pay by direct deposit * 1099 PRN: you set your volume, from 5 to 20\+ visits a week **What you'll do** * Evaluate home health patients across Southern NM and set their plans of care * Perform re\-certifications and discharges * Supervise our PTAs already working in the field * Document evals, progress notes and plans of care in the agency's EMR (Devero, Kinnser/WellSky or Alora) * Attend weekly case conferences with partner agencies * Pick your weekly visit volume and zones **What we offer** * Real clinical autonomy: you own the evaluations and plans of care * A PTA team already in place, with coll...
