**Overview:** Join a team responsible for the management, surveillance, and risk administration of a $7\.5 billion commercial mortgage loan portfolio. In this role, you'll perform financial analysis, evaluate servicing and compliance matters, collaborate with internal and external partners, and recommend actions that support portfolio performance and departmental objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** Commercial Loan Portfolio Servicing * Monitors assigned commercial loans for performance, covenant compliance, maturities, insurance requirements, servicing activity, and other portfolio risks. * Performs ongoing surveillance of existing holdings and contributes analysis and observations to monthly portfolio reviews. * Conducts annual insurance reviews and follows up on coverage deficiencies or missing documentation. * Analyzes borrower and correspondent requests and communicates decisions, requirements, and follow\-up items within established authority. * Serves as the business owner when coordinating loan\-related matters with the internal legal team and engages other CML partners when additional expertise or approval is required. * Manages special escrow releases, confirms that requ...
