**Marketing Lead** **What We Do** In sports, the top seeded player or team is the one who is given the highest ranking in a seeded tournament—a player who is most favored to win. At Top Seedz, we firmly believe that we can create positive change within ourselves and in the world when we eat healthily. This is why since 2017, we've manufactured seed crackers and roasted seeds. All of our products are organic, gluten\-free, vegan and delicious. **Role Summary** As our Marketing Lead, you will turn Top Seedz’s marketing strategy into campaigns, promotions and programs that grow brand awareness and drive sales. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will own campaign planning and execution across digital, ecommerce, retail and traditional marketing channels, with a primary focus on promotions. This is a hands on role for an experienced marketer with a strong foundation in campaign planning, consumer behavior and performance measurement. You will take a goal or strategy and independently develop the promotional plan, coordinate creative and channel needs, manage timelines and evaluate results.
