**Lead Assistant** The Lead Assistant will aid the Crew Leader in daily operations for both commercial and residential properties. This assistant role requires following detailed instructions from the Crew Lead, while managing time and executing quality work. The Lead Assistant will uphold all responsibilities outlined in this job description and follow all safety rules. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operations:** Strategize and follow Crew Leads’s instructions regarding daily operations. Work as a team to complete monthly assignments outlined in customer contracts such as, mowing, edging, detail weeding, shrub trimming, perennial maintenance, blowing, along with customer special requests. Report any issues with lawns, plants, irrigation or damage to property to the Crew Lead. Assist Lead with recording all daily work performed per stop via company\-provided I\-Pad. * **Team Support:** Strategize with Lead on how best to complete assigned tasks within allotted time. Report any quality concerns to Lead including, but not limited to weeds in beds or lawns and damage concerns such as dying shrubs or lawn.
