**Position Overview** EOS Hospitality is seeking an experienced, strategic, and analytical **Regional Director of Revenue Management** to lead revenue strategy and maximize financial performance across a portfolio of branded and independent hotels in select key markets. The Regional Director of Revenue Management is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive commercial strategies designed to optimize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share, and overall hotel profitability. This position provides strategic leadership in pricing, inventory management, forecasting, distribution, and segmentation while ensuring alignment with each property's financial objectives and EOS Hospitality's broader commercial strategy. Working collaboratively with property leadership, Sales and Marketing, Operations, and the corporate Revenue Management team, the Regional Director will identify revenue opportunities, establish effective selling strategies, and drive measurable improvements in portfolio performance.
