As a **senior data analyst** in Personal Lines Telematics, you'll support the Control team, which monitors the health and success of Telematics programs. This includes Snapshot and Accident Response, through KPI reporting, data quality oversight, and data\-driven analysis. In this role, you'll partner closely with business and IT partners to define requirements, support data warehousing initiatives, and develop reporting that provides actionable insights into program performance. You'll translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions, investigate data issues, identify trends and opportunities, and ensure that critical business metrics are accurate and reliable. You’ll work cross\-functionally with teams across Product, Claims, Commercial Lines, IT, and other business areas while driving improvements in data quality and business decision\-making.
