**Job Overview** RectorSeal is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operations at our Earth City, Missouri, facility. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position directs associates, delivers operational results, maintains inventory accuracy, and upholds safety and quality standards. The supervisor provides hands\-on leadership across receiving, kitting, packaging, inventory control, work order fulfillment, and other warehouse functions as business needs require.
