**Job Overview** A to Z is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive **Program Administrator** to provide day\-to\-day leadership and operational oversight of our behavioral health programs. The Program Administrator will oversee program operations under the HCBS\-AMH Program. This is a senior program leadership position for an individual who understands behavioral health operations, regulatory compliance, staff accountability, quality assurance, and person\-centered services. The Program Administrator will report directly to the Founder/Owner and will have delegated authority to independently manage routine program operations.
