The Role The Operations Manager oversees daily operations at all of our facilities. You'll keep every home in compliance, fully staffed, and running smoothly, and make sure every resident gets quality care. You'll report directly to ownership and work closely with Administrators, House Managers, Regional Centers, and Community Care Licensing. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day\-to\-day operations at all facilities through regular on\-site visits and inspections * Keep every home in full compliance with Title 22, Community Care Licensing (CCL), and Regional Center/vendor requirements * Get facilities ready for licensing visits, audits, and annual reviews, and close out corrective action plans fast * Supervise, coach, and evaluate Administrators, House Managers, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) * Manage staffing levels, schedules, overtime, and hiring so every shift is covered * Track and train staff on required certifications (DSP training, CPR/First Aid, medication handling, background clearances) * Review resident files, Individual Program Plans (IPPs), Needs \& Services Plans, and behavior support plans * Make sure Special Incident Reports (SIRs) are reported correctly and...
