Store 2743641: 3029 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017**Shift Availability** ====================== Days (Weekdays \+ Weekend Availability Required) **Time Type** Full time**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable. * Responsible for ordering and stocking of vending * Effectively provide training to new hires * Able to train on Opening/Closing checklists and proper loading techniques to teammates. * Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team * Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner. * Able to create an effective schedule. * Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation * Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system) * Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings. * Assist with on\-site Supervisor Courses * Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed. * Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**: * High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred. * Leadership and communication skills including active listening....
