Overview: We are looking for an Interim CFO for our client on a project basis. This role is hyrbid out of Orem, Utah. Responsibilities: * Lead all finance activities during the interim period, ensuring continuity of reporting, planning, and financial operations. * Own forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and recovery plan tracking. * Oversee lender reporting, covenant compliance, leverage reporting, and monthly lender communications. * Provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership, sponsors, and board stakeholders. * Monitor liquidity, funding requirements, and business performance against recovery objectives. * Partner with the controller and accounting team to ensure timely close, reporting, and variance analysis. * Track the financial impact of marketing and operational improvement initiatives on revenue and profitability.
