The Client Service Specialist supports Alaska Investment Management's (AIM) client relationships by providing responsive, professional, and accurate service throughout the client lifecycle \- serving as the primary point of coordination for client requests, onboarding, documentation, reporting, and meetings. This role works closely with senior leadership and internal teams (operations, compliance, accounting, and other functional areas) to ensure client needs are met accurately and on time, in accordance with Firm policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
