We are hiring an Operations Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of this work. The position The Operations Manager will oversee manufacturing and production\-improvement work for client engagements. You will be responsible for understanding how an operation performs today, turning that assessment into a focused improvement plan, and working with client teams to deliver it. This is not a purely administrative project\-management position. You will need to be comfortable with the details of production: output, quality, staffing, schedule adherence, material flow, downtime, and the competing demands facing supervisors and frontline teams every day.
