**About the role** We're searching for a Logistics \& Purchasing Coordinator to keep our freight, purchasing, and service operations running smoothly. You'll book LTL freight, manage domestic and international purchase orders and vendor follow\-ups, track inventory, field service and warranty issues, and keep our warehouse team and Director of Operations up to date. This is primarily about \[80]% computer and phone work, and \[20]% on the warehouse floor checking receiving, staging, and inventory. It's a great fit if you've worked as a logistics coordinator, purchasing assistant, or operations admin and like owning the details. **What you'll do** **Freight \& logistics** * Book LTL freight shipments, pickups, and deliveries with carriers * Track shipments and handle delays, missed pickups, damages, and delivery exceptions * Keep records of bookings, tracking numbers, and carrier details **Purchasing \& vendors** * Create and manage purchase orders, confirmations, and ETAs * Follow up with vendors on availability, lead times, pricing, and backorders * Catch discrepancies between POs, invoices, and received inventory **Service issues** * Track customer issues involving damages, missi...
