**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- Serves as the Lead Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Motor Pool Maintenance Advisor United Arab Emirates (UAE) in UAE. Senior U.S. contractor responsible for overall management, scheduling, coordination, and technical direction of field‑level (U.S. Army 20\-level) maintenance on the UAE\-owned THAAD motor pool. Ensures safe, compliant, documented maintenance while developing UAE personnel toward independent execution of authorized tasks. Key responsibilities: Maintenance Management Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans; balance workload across personnel. Monitor open/aged work orders, parts shortages, and equipment awaiting technical assistance. Resolve production constraints; coordinate surge operations as required; Technical Direction Validate maintenance requirements, direct troubleshooting, determine local‑capability limits. Enforce current technical procedures; prevent unauthorized work/modification.
