We’re looking for a strong **Sales Manager** who can confidently communicate with clients, handle objections, and **close deals**. This is a **remote** role, but you must work **strictly New York hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST**. **Languages (Required):** * **English — fluent** * **Russian — fluent** **Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound leads and client messages * Calls \+ chats with clients (WhatsApp / Instagram / SMS / email as needed) * Present our services/offers and guide clients to booking/payment * Work with objections and follow up consistently * Daily short report (contacts made / bookings / sales) **Requirements:** * Proven sales experience (beauty/services industry is a plus, but not required) * Confident closer mindset, strong communication skills * Laptop \+ headset \+ reliable internet **Conditions:** * Remote, full\-time: **9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST** * Compensation: base \+ bonuses/commission (depends on experience) **How to apply:** Send in DM: * Your CV or a short summary of experience * Your time zone \+ confirmation you can work **9–5 EST** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $1,500\.00 \- $3,500\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
