**Job title:** Director of Ministry \& Strategic Partnerships **Job type:** Contract / Part\-time (6\-month term) **Location:** Remote !!Rwanda Candidates!! (must overlap with U.S. Central Time for scheduled calls) **Pay:** 350,000 RWF per month, paid on the 1st of every month **Hours:** 20 hours per week on average. *Some weeks may be more and some less, but total hours will not exceed 80 per month.* **Term:** 6 months **About the Role** This role exists to create opportunities, not to manage existing engagement. The Director uses our books, apparel, podcast, media, and other brand assets as resources to build relationships and open doors for Doing Life Daily (DLD, our podcast), Dez Loves Burgers (DLB, our social media page), Kultur Shaper Apparel (KSA), and Kultur Shaper Impact (KSI, the nonprofit half of the organization).
