**Position Title:** Finance Director **Department:** Finance **Reports To:** Executive Director **Start** **Date:** ASAP **Employment Class:** Full\-time, year\-round **Pay Status:** Exempt **Hours Per Week:** 40 **Location:** Summit County, CO. Hybrid position with a minimum of two in\-office days per week; schedule to be mutually agreed upon. **Starting Pay Range:** $105,000 to $120,000 **Job summary:** The Finance Director reports directly to the Executive Director and serves as FIRC’s senior financial leader, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long\-term financial strategy. This role is the primary financial partner to the Executive Director, the Director team, and the Finance Committee on the Board, translating financial data into clear guidance for organizational decisions. This is a hybrid position with a flexible mix of in\-office and remote days, including in\-person presence for key meetings, month\-end close, check run backup, and team support.
