We are seeking an experiencedWarehouse Manager to lead our Savannah warehouse operations and team. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, put\-away,inventory, picking, packing, loading, and outbound shipments. * Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and daily work assignments. * Monitor inventory accuracy, shipping timeliness, operating quality, and warehouse safety. * Control labor, overtime, supplies, and other warehouse operating costs. * Handle customer complaints, cargo damage/loss, and operational exceptions. * Coordinate with internal teams, track KPIs, and continuously improve efficiency and profitability. **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience, including 2\+ years of team * management experience. * Experience in 3PL, e\-commerce fulfillment, transloading, or overseas warehousing preferred. * Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control, WMS, and warehouse operations.
