**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS** 1\. Supervise direct and indirect reports in the leadership team and all hourly teammates within the departments these positions oversee 2\. Provide teammates the tools needed to perform and operate efficiently and effectively * Assign/delegate tasks to teammates * Identify training needs and opportunities for initial and continuous improvement * Guide and develop teammates to enable them to be promoted to new levels throughout the company * Communicate goals, expectations, and standards for the facility * Perform annual reviews * Initiate disciplinary action when necessary 3\. Monitor and identify areas of improvement for safety, operating statistics, inventory, etc. throughout the facility 4\. Develop budget and control expenditures of the facility 5\. Interact with teammates, customers, sales organization, and leadership 6\. Ensure corporate, government, and environmental policies/regulations are adhered to and consistently applied 7\.
