**Overview:** Marsh, Terry \& Associates is looking for a dedicated, service\-oriented Nonprofit Accounting Manager. This role serves a variety of nonprofit organizations ranging in size from $100K to $15M in gross revenues. Our firm performs outsourced administrative, management, and CFO duties for these organizations. This role would primarily be project\-based and also supervise a team of associates within our offices and would coordinate with client staff as needed. We are open to either a full\-time or part\-time position for this role with potential for a hybrid work setting. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise a team of accounting associates and review their financial reports and records to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity. \- Oversee the financial reporting of multiple clients including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc. \-Perform controller functions for multiple clients including bank reconciliations and review, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial accounting. \- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. \- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax plann...
