**DIRECTOR OF RADIOLOGY \- ENTERPRISE IMAGING** **\| Work From Home** **Base Salary Range:** $142,700\.00 \- $185,120\.00 **Primary Function/General Purpose of Position***:* The Director of Radiology is responsible for strategic, operational and clinical leadership across the health system. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive imaging service line strategy that aligns with the organizations strategic priorities and market growth objectives. Working in partnership with market, hospital, physician and executive leaders, the Director is responsible for service line performance through strategic planning, program development, operational excellence, financial stewardship and collaborative leadership.. This position will evaluate and advise on the impact of long\-range planning, will introduce and develop new programs/strategies and provide expertise for regulatory compliance and response as it relates to the radiology service line.
