### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 5x8hrs * Hours: 40 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in hand therapy for an inpatient rehab role, requiring CHT certification and 2\+ years of hand therapy experience. ### **Details** * Position splits time between a hand clinic building (3 days) and a satellite clinic (2 days) * 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM * No floating required outside of the unit * Work settings include adult outpatient and hand clinic * Treats adult patients with hand injuries, nerve injuries, tendon repairs, reattachments, upper and lower extremity conditions, and orthopedic soft tissue injuries * Utilizes evaluation tools including adaptive equipment assessments * Performs modalities including electrical stimulation, paraffin bath, and ultrasound * Fabricates custom splints including functional, static, and orthoplast splints * Epic EMR experience required ### **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a hand therapy specialist (OT or PT) * Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification required * BLS certification r...
