**CAMBRIDGE HEALTHCARE SERVICES** **REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF THERAPY SERVICES** **POSITION SUMMARY** The Regional Director of Therapy Services (RDOT) is an exempt leadership position employed by Cambridge Healthcare Services and responsible for the regional oversight, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of rehabilitation services across assigned Cambridge\-affiliated skilled nursing facilities. The primary and most significant duties of this role include the exercise of independent clinical and operational judgment; strategic oversight of therapy performance; analysis of financial, clinical, and compliance data; and the consultation, mentoring, and performance oversight of facility\-based Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs). The RDOT serves as a regional consultant and provides dotted\-line oversight to Directors of Rehabilitation within assigned facilities. While this position does not hold direct hire or termination authority over facility\-based therapy staff, all therapy performance expectations including clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing effectiveness, financial stewardship, documentation integrity, and ethical practice fall within the RDOT’s scope ...
