We are known for responsive service, clear communication, and dependable follow\-through. **Position Overview** We are seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented, and energetic **Service Coordinator** to join our team full\-time, Monday through Friday, at our Santa Clara office. This is a **fast\-paced scheduling and dispatch role** that combines project coordination and customer service. Your main priorities will be keeping customers informed, scheduling and confirming appointments with commercial property managers, and coordinating technicians so work moves forward efficiently. **This position will keep you busy.** We handle a high volume of emails, calls, and active service requests, so you should enjoy staying engaged throughout the day and keeping track of multiple moving pieces.
