Description: **JOB SUMMARY**: The Leasing Specialist is responsible for greeting prospective residents, showcasing the features of the property, and matching their needs with the perfect apartment. This role will play a key role in supporting the Community Director with daily operations, leasing activities, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident relations. Responsibilities include overseeing property management functions, assisting with lease agreements, ensuring timely rent payments, and coordinating resident events. Key duties include maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with residents and coworkers, marketing promotions, completing weekly prospect reports, and ensuring recently vacated properties are cleaned and ready for viewing. The Leasing Specialist will also maintain a minimum closing ratio, update online advertising to reflect current pricing and availability, and stay informed on local market conditions.
