Business Manager \- CR\&A, Credit Enablement and Operations At Capital One, managing risk is a core tenet driving our critical business decisions. Commercial Risk and Analytics (CR\&A) provides credit risk oversight for Commercial lending activities, offering strategic credit expertise and advice, as well as decisioning of individual credit transactions. Situated within CR\&A, the Credit Enablement and Operations team has two broad mandates: 1\) enable effective credit risk management through providing key credit reporting and managing risk appetite and ; and 2\) shaping the internal management operations of the 150\+ associate organization. As a Chief of Staff Project Manager on the Credit Enablement and Operations team, you will be responsible for shaping the internal management operations and providing organizational leverage to senior leadership. This is a ‘high visibility’ role that will be instrumental in maximizing the overall impact and effectiveness of the CR\&A organization.
