**Development Manager, Industrial** Located in Fort Lauderdale, South Florida (in person). We welcome candidates from anywhere in the country who are ready to relocate to South Florida. Hernandez Development \& Construction is a South Florida industrial developer and general contractor based in Fort Lauderdale. We are adding a Development Manager to own the owner side of our industrial projects, from approved entitlements through construction, certificate of occupancy and closeout. **What you will own** * Build and manage project budgets before construction starts, including contingency, budget\-vs\-actual and draws. * Set and drive the schedule, keeping the critical path from entitlement handoff to CO. * Lead the GC, architects, engineers and consultants: procurement, bid leveling, GMP review, OAC meetings, pay application review, and change order negotiation. * Negotiate and administer owner\-side agreements (PSAs, leases and work letters, design and construction contracts) with counsel and ownership. * Coordinate permits with municipalities, including building, utility and right\-of\-way permits, inspections and TCO/CO. * Prepare lender draws and monthly reports, and coordinate ...
