Are you a driven, hardworking Controller with federal government contracting experience? Do you aspire to apply your expertise and work ethic to advance to the C\-suite as CFO while partnering with senior leadership in a highly specialized segment of the federal contracting market? Relyant Global is seeking a Controller with the following qualifications and experience: * Above all, the ideal candidate is comfortable working in a flexible, dynamic, and highly demanding global organization. * Strong desire to use success in this position to move into the CFO position under the Company's succession plan. * At least five years of demonstrated success as a Controller for a company focused on federal government contracting. * Extensive experience in project cost accounting. * Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DOSAR, and CAS government procurement regulations. * Experience managing an indirect cost rate structure and familiarity with the annual Incurred Cost Submission for the government. * Licensed CPA with a thorough understanding of GAAP and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Experience overseeing the...
