Construction Project Manager, Oregon The Construction Project Manager, Oregon oversees the work of outside contractors on building efficiency upgrades and decarbonization construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects on scope and on schedule, reviewing budgets and change orders, and communicating effectively with building owners, clients, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders. Projects focus on utility affordability, building decarbonization, renewable energy access, climate planning, and community resilience. This position also is responsible for conducting site assessments and assisting with program development initiatives. This position is an expert technical advisor and works closely with Program Managers, Engineers, and other team members to advance affordable building efficiency upgrades and decarbonization projects. The Construction Project Manager is part of Elevate’s Programs team and reports to the Senior Construction Manager.
