**Job Posting End Date** 10\-12\-2026 Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end date. **Job Summary** Part of AEP's Cybersecurity and Identity \& Access Management (IAM) team, this role delivers secure, reliable, and compliant identity governance and access control solutions for both electronic and physical access management across the enterprise. The Solution Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions that strengthen AEP's security posture and regulatory compliance. This includes identity lifecycle management, role\-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, provisioning, automation, and system integrations in accordance with established security architecture and best practices. The role supports the ongoing enhancement and operation of AEP's IGA platforms and related security technologies, participating in solution design, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
