**POSITION DESCRIPTION:** Leads Argen's marketing strategy as a proactive driver of company decisions, grounded in a deep understanding of the dental market, our products, pricing, and business development pipeline. Turns that understanding into research, campaigns, and strategy the organization acts on, and builds the customer insights and solutions that support Argen's Challenger Sale methodology, in close partnership with sales, operations, finance, and business development. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Owns marketing strategy and proactively brings recommendations and direction to the organization. * Conducts market research on customer needs, competitive positioning, and market pricing to inform company decisions. * Maintains deep working knowledge of Argen's products, product pipeline, and business development priorities. * Translates products into customer\-facing insights and solutions in support of Argen's Challenger Sale methodology. * Leads customer segmentation, campaign development, and go\-to\-market planning, and rolls out the resulting strategies across the organization, including to the sales team. * Partners with sales, operations, finance, and bus...
