Full time availability only. Monday \- Friday, 8:00 am \- 4:30 pm. Overtime may be required if needed. Anything over 40 hours is overtime. **Job Summary:** Collaborate with team on production details for projects and input pertinent details into job scheduling system. Coordinate project details for assembly team to execute accurate packaging and fulfillment of vinyl record orders. Responsible for receiving incoming inventory and project components to green light for production schedule. Communicate with clients when jobs are in production, sending production emails and addressing logistical questions as they arise. Support assembly in fulfillment of orders, including packaging and preparing projects for shipment, completing inventory sheets, and shipping logistics. Completes internal tracking of shipping details and works collaboratively with Client \& Logistics Coordinator and team.
