The Asst Operations Manager is responsible for helping to ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and productively while meeting quality, production, staffing, and customer expectations. This position provides hands\-on leadership to the operations team and works closely with plant leadership, maintenance, warehouse, quality, safety, transportation, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
