Description

Responsibilities * Manage multiple commercial projects from award through closeout * Prepare and manage subcontracts, POs, schedules of values, and change orders * Track job costs, forecast labor and material, and protect project margins * Run submittals, RFIs, and material procurement, including prefab packages * Coordinate with GCs, architects, and other trades in OAC and coordination meetings * Partner with superintendents and foremen on manpower, sequencing, and look\-aheads * Work with our VDC team on model coordination, clash resolution, and layout * Manage billing, pay apps, retention, and lien waivers * Drive quality, safety, and a clean closeout Qualifications * 5\+ years as a PM in commercial construction, ideally in metal framing, drywall, or interiors * Strong understanding of framing and drywall scopes, assemblies, and installation sequencing * Proficiency in reading plans and specs and in quantity takeoffs * Experience with project management software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar) and MS Office * Solid financial skills: budgets, cost\-to\-complete, and change order management * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Valid driver's licens...
