We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead that work from the first site walk to the final inspection sign\-off. This role is for someone who enjoys the full life of a project. **What you’ll do** *Plan and scope* * Review project assignments from Property Managers and Asset Managers, visit the site, and define the scope of work * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers on plans that meet Structure standards and make the most of existing space * Schedule inspections and compile reports for due diligence ahead of property acquisitions *Bid and contract* * Prepare RFPs, gather competitive bids, and recommend the best\-qualified contractor * Present bids, budgets, and recommendations to Property Owners and secure approval before work begins * Negotiate and execute contracts with general and specialty contractors, and manage change orders * Research ...
