Infinity Management and Investments is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage 55 units at 2 separate properties in Sidney, MT. A qualified applicant should be prepared to be responsible for the overall operation of these affordable housing communities. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for residents and potential applicants, and oversees leasing, rent collection, certifications and recertifications, resident files, compliance requirements, and property administration. The Manager will also oversee maintenance operations, coordinate vendors and contractors, ensure apartments and grounds are well maintained, and is responsible to keep the property occupied, compliant, and financially successful. This is a fast\-paced, hands\-on environment that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and the ability to make confident decisions in a timely manner.
