**Team Overview** The Pharmacy Product Strategy \& Development team provides leadership and strategic direction to support the development of new solutions tied to the Express Scripts Home Delivery Pharmacies. This includes identifying client needs across multiple lines of business (commercial, health plan, Cigna, Medicare), developing concepts, creating \& evaluating business cases, and designing new solutions. This team operates in a fast\-paced environment with significant opportunities to collaborate with multiple functions and businesses within Express Scripts and Evernorth businesses. **Position Summary** The Product Strategy \& Development Senior Advisor will have the opportunity to independently drive product initiatives that grow profitable volume and enhance the customer and client experience with Express Scripts Pharmacies. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for helping to identify new solutions, evaluate their feasibility, and develop business cases.
