**About the Role** Our established, mid\-size coastal condominium association (75\-125 units) is seeking an organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive On\-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily physical operations, vendor services, and resident relations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Property Manager ensures our grounds, amenities, and infrastructure remain in excellent condition while enforcing community rules with consistency and professionalism. Financial, accounting, and official Board meeting administrative duties are managed by external vendors and Board members, allowing this role to focus primarily on site oversight, vendor accountability, employee management, and resident relations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Property Oversight \& Upkeep:** * Perform regular physical walkthroughs of the grounds, buildings, and common areas.
