This role leads the day\-to\-day work of the cycle counting area by assigning priorities, coordinating and delegating counts, and coaching team members on standard work and inventory processes. The Team Leader serves as a key quality check for inventory accuracy by reviewing results, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring issues are resolved appropriately.
