**About us** Mosaic Diagnostic Imaging and Mosaic Open MRI are a physician\-owned, radiologist\-led outpatient MRI and CT group with 15 imaging centers in New York and Delaware and a referral network across NY, NJ, PA and DE. Our management team of 35 works from our Santurce office in metro San Juan. We grow by earning referrals from medical offices and by being the best\-known imaging brand in every community we serve. **The role** This is a relationship, brand and systems job, not a media\-buying job. You'll own referral growth, community presence, the brand, and the AI agents that run the repetitive parts of marketing and operations. You'll direct outsourced agencies rather than do everything yourself, and you'll have opportunities to cross\-market with our sister entities.
