Job Overview *Lincoln Glass Company Inc. is seeking an organized and customer\-focused* ***Logistics Coordinator*** *to support residential and commercial glass installation projects. You’ll coordinate schedules, materials, documentation, deliveries, and communication between customers, installers, vendors, and project teams to keep operations efficient and projects on schedule.* What You’ll Do * Coordinate project logistics from order through completion. * Schedule installation crews, deliveries, and project milestones. * Communicate with customers regarding timelines, installations, and updates. * Prepare estimates, work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and project records. * Coordinate glass, framing, hardware, mirrors, and other materials. * Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available when needed. * Work with vendors, subcontractors, installers, and project managers to resolve issues. * Track project status and maintain accurate records. * Support service requests, warranty documentation, and customer follow\-up. * Help maintain company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
