**Job Summary** Work closely with VP of Engineering on the development, approval and implementation of STC submission and approvals. Will assist VP of Engineering in all areas related to modifications of current approvals and new approvals from the FAA and offer engineering support to customers. **Primary Duties \& Responsibilities** * Develop and implement designs for aircraft modifications and manufacturing of those parts. * Create prototypes, models, and computerized images for design. * Develop structural drawings and perform structural analysis and reports * Work with third party vendors to get approval for generated structural analysis including DTA reports. * Collaborate with other teams to determine if designs meet customer needs. * Establish timelines and work processes for finished product. * Follow all set quality standards and engineering principles and best practices. * Direct instructions for manuals, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting. * Develop and research aerospace \& avionic systems for the development of STC approval with the FAA. * Use computer\-aided design \- CAD \- software to draw up project plans. * Collecting and analyzing test data related to STC...
