**General Description:** Under the direction of the ReStore Donation Director, the ReStore Donation Team Dispatch Coordinator is an agency Problem Solver. The position is responsible for the day\-to\-day coordination, scheduling, communication, and administrative support functions of the ReStore Donation Team. The Dispatch Coordinator ensures donation pickups are scheduled efficiently, drivers have complete route information, donor expectations are clearly communicated, and pickup\-related systems remain accurate and current. This position serves as the coordination hub among donors, drivers, ReStore locations, and the Donation Director. From time to time, as needed, this position would also serve as a back\-up driver should the need arise. ***Problem Solvers*** are the foundation of the agency.
