**At a Glance** **Legrand** has an exciting opportunity for a **Sr. Manager Commercial Finance** to join the **Legrand North America Team** in **West Hartford, CT.** The individual in this role will have high visibility while supporting the Director Commercial Finance with a focus on commercial sales, economic and competitor analysis, and assisting with the development / integration of new IT systems. They will also perform monthly financial close processes, quarterly crucial reporting / presentations and develop business partner relationships with functional leaders. **What Will You Do?** * Act as financial liaison to support Legrand Finance with Marketing / Sales organizations and Legrand Headquarters in France. * Provide leadership on a team across the North America business entities that will develop new systems and databases to improve Sales financial models and reporting. * Identification of key system requirements across multiple divisions and functions. * Trends and variance analysis of financial performance. * Development of reporting systems. * Documentation / procedures related to new systems. * Assist in training and implementation of key stakeholders across all LNCA fu...
