**Role Summary** The primary function of the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is to provide leadership and direction for pharmacy operations and services locally, in alignment with organizational, regional, and national pharmacy strategies direction by the applicable VP of Operations. The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) will directly oversee all pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, non\-sterile compounding, customer relations, dispensing, and quality assurance.
