This position serves as the central coordinator across departments to monitor grant deliverables, reporting requirements, timelines, and performance measures while supporting program staff in achieving grant objectives. Working collaboratively with program leadership, finance, and executive leadership, this position ensures the organization remains compliant with federal, state, local, and private funding requirements while proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions before issues affect funding or program outcomes.
