JOB SUMMARY: A Clinical Trial Assistant II will assist with study visits per protocols; in addition, a Clinical Trial Assistant II will manage study\-related equipment inventory and provide support to CRC with updating and maintaining the ISF and general administrative support to the Clinical Operations Department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) by providing the Regulatory Department with updated clinical documents and systems (e.g., Trial Master File (TMF)) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines * Assist the clinical team with preparing, handling, distributing, filing, and archiving clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures. * Assist with the periodic review of study files for completeness. * Assist CROs and sponsors with the preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
